It truly is - this is his 4th or 5th year coming and he has gotten quite large. 3 years ago we named him Guinness because he is black and has a tan nose.
Glad you enjoyed the narration, Todd! Haha, we do have pretty long and gruelling winters here in the Canadian prairies so any sign of life emerging is a source of joy ☺️
Love to hear that the last line resonated with you, Andy. I found a bouquet of crocuses along the walking path today and it really did feel like a prayer. Hope you’re finding those small blessings while you’re out in the world 💛
I loved reading and listening to your Spring news report - I feel the same way; the signs are everywhere now 🌷🪻🌾
I love when the signs begin to show themselves everywhere 💛 what’s a sign of spring you’ve witnessed this week?
Well, the biggest sign of all is the black bear that showed up in our front yard on Monday evening to eat birdseed under our feeders.
Oh my goodness! That would have been incredible to witness.

Love it!
Really loved this one, Ash! Have restacked 🌸
Thank you for sharing, Caroline! 🙏🏼
This reminded me of Mary Oliver, absolutely beautiful
To have your words be reminded of Mary Oliver might be one of the most beautiful compliments a poet can receive 🥰 thank you!!
Inviting poem welcomes in season change in all its thaw and livelihood. The reading voice is a nice soothing addition as well.
I will say though ... "winter must have been tough" ... to celebrate the first housefly hacking its way in ...

This is so moving and inspiring, love the last line so much xx
I hope you’re feeling that same aliveness rise up within you where ever you are in the world 🥰
Really love this last line- “crocus emerge from the dirt like cupped hands holding a prayer.”
Thanks for taking us on the walk with you
